Welcome to Anna’s Housekeeping LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our website and the cleaning services we provide (“Services”) in Glendale, AZ, and surrounding areas. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

We offer residential cleaning services including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and vacation rental cleaning in Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Litchfield, and nearby areas.
Service details and fees will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional services not included in our standard offerings may incur extra charges.

Booking & Cancellation

Booking Confirmation: Services are confirmed once payment details are provided or a deposit is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you and offer an alternative slot.

Pet Policy

We are pet-friendly! However, if an environment becomes unsafe due to pet behavior, we may end the service early, and standard cancellation fees may apply.
